Art of the Day: Buck and Eddie

I still can't believe the dramatic and romantic coded moment of Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz getting shot in front of Evan "Buck" Buckley and the aftermath of Buck doing everything he could to get to Eddie didn't lead to them getting together. This was such a classic romantic trope of having one character get hurt in front of the other. I found that the 9-1-1 Showrunner and the writers on the show tend to use a lot romantic tropes in regards to Buck and Eddie's storylines. It's such a waste that the Showrunner and writers would rather bait the fans with these characters instead of actually putting them together.
