Are you having a little trouble focusing? Well, according to a study by Curtin University in Australia, a pop of color can help boost your focus and attention. Bright colors tend to be exciting and inspiring which may stimulate neural activity in the brain. Which could lead to improving our concentration and the ability to focus.

So, whether it's a scarf, red lipstick, throw pillows, notebooks, purse, flowers (potted, cut or faux), mug etc. adding a little pop of color to not only brighten up your life but also to help you focus.
