Native American Heritage Month is to celebrate the long history of Indigenous people. And it's always a good time to learn more and to show support and appreciation of their amazing culture, knowledge, art, language and perseverance.
November is also Men's Mental Health Month. I like that we are living in a time that is more accepting of getting help if you're experiencing mental health issues. However, there are still a lot of men who are not looking after their mental health nor getting professional help if they need it. Don't suffer in silence. And don't feel like you have to push your emotions to the side or let things build up.
