- According to recent reports, it looks like 9-1-1: Lone Star might be cancelled or simply ending after the upcoming fifth season. The fifth season will return this fall with 12 episodes on FOX. Whether the show ends or is cancelled, it doesn't appear that Lone Star will be saved by ABC and moved to that network like 9-1-1 was. It's also being reported that actress Sierra McClain who plays 9-1-1 Dispatcher Grace Ryder has already left the show. It's sad that this show is ending especially with it being centered around negotiation issues. This will be the second first responder show that I enjoyed watching that will or has ended.
- Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt will be starring in, directing and executive producing the upcoming Lifetime Christmas movie The Holiday Junkie. Also, starring in the movie is actor Brian Hallisay who is also Jennifer's husband. The description for the movie follows as Andie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and her mother Mimi run a decorating and planning service company. However, after Mimi passes away, Andie is forced to face her first Christmas without her mother and carry The Holiday Junkie torch on her own. Despite the challenges, Andie may also find some love at Christmas along the way.
At the moment, I'm definitely not thinking about Christmas. However, I do love watching these Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movie. So, I'm interested in seeing this.
