Christmas Countdown Day #1: The 118's Christmas Party (9-1-1)

It's Christmas Eve and the final day of the Christmas countdown. I'm ending it with the 118's Christmas party from the 9-1-1 episode Christmas Spirit (season 3 episode 10). The party was actually a surprise. It was due to firefighter Evan "Buck" Buckley working with Police Sergeant Athena Grant to help plan this party. Since the firefighters (which includes Athena's husband Fire Captain Robert "Bobby" Nash) had to work on Christmas, they couldn't be with their families. Also, firefighter Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz's son Christopher was sad that he couldn't spend the holiday with his dad. He even asked Buck if he could celebrate with him but had to work too. Which is why I love this scene because everyone was so happy that they were able to celebrate with their family.

Although, the scene is full of holiday cheer, there is a sad scene where Michael Grant was talking with Bobby and telling him about his health problem. Which will get more focus during the rest of the season. But aside from that, this was a wonderful time for everyone to celebrate. Which also included the little boy reuniting with his mom after she was released from the hospital (see Christmas Countdown Day #8). That was very sweet.
