Velma Dinkley may not be seen as fashionable to some as her good friend Daphne Blake. However, I think Velma is an underrated fashion icon. Who hasn't worn a turtle neck (top or sweater) with a pleated mini? I know I have. Not to mention that orange and red are really cheerful colors and wearing them would probably brighten up anyone's day.
