Review:

Reading this was like watching one of those old crime dramas it was full of suspense and excitement. And I found it to be just as enjoyable as watching the 1960's The Green Hornet TV series which starred Van Williams and Bruce Lee but a bit more grittier.

In volume one, Brett Reid has fallen under the number #1 worst rule: of believing his own press. He started to believe that he was the one running the show which brought out the worst in him at the newspaper and as The Green Hornet. It took a calculated move by Kato to bring Reid back down to earth. Reid definitely needed that wake-up call that's for sure.

I thought the writing was fantastic and the pacing worked well to keep up the suspense. The story had The Green Hornet and Kato trying to figure out who was behind the recent bombing attacks that were targeting three prominent companies.

This was such a good and complex story that I can't wait to pick up the #7 issue from the comic book store to continue it.
