Yesterday evening after I left the comic book store, I went to Target with the intention of looking at the weights but most of them were gone. I guess the summer is not the best time to go looking for fitness stuff.
So with no success there, I ended up strolling over to the book section and found Tone It Up: 28 to Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous by Katrina Scott and Karena Dawn. My fitness plan is going good but I like the 28 day challenge this book includes. I'm not sure when I'll start reading this but I'm looking forward to it.
