April O'Neil has undergone a number of changes from her depiction to her wardrobe. But one thing that stays the same is that she is always shown wearing something yellow be it a jumpsuit, a t-shirt or a jacket.
April is tough but she also has this understated sexy vibe too. So for this hard hitting journalist, I decided to put together three different outfits that includes both of those aspects. And of course one of the outfits includes a jumpsuit.
Outfit #1: For Work
I wanted this outfit to be sort of work casual yet comfortable especially since she's probably going to be out trying to track down leads and follow up on her stories. And plus you never know where she might end up, including heading down to the sewers to check on her friends Master Splinter and the Turtles.
Outfit #2: Work/Press Event
Pairing a black jacket with a yellow jumpsuit would make an easy go-to outfit for times she has to attend an event or tape a segment.
Outfit #3: Date with Casey Jones
Who knows what a date out with Casey would entail? But I figure something like this might be a cute date outfit.
Accessories
I saw these three items and thought they would fit April perfectly.
