My absolute favorite is dark chocolate and according to research, it contains more antioxidants and less sugar than milk chocolate. This is good to know since I always keep a bar (or two) in the refrigerator and enjoy having a few pieces daily for a nice treat.

Lazy Sunday: Eat Chocolate
As you're relaxing on this Lazy Sunday, why not eat some chocolate. According to research, this sweet and delicious snack contains the compound phenylethylamine which is a mood-enhancing stimulant.
