Three Hairstyles that are Perfect for Working Out

If you have medium-to-long hair, what are your go-to hairstyles when your exercising? For me the three styles that work the best are: ponytails, buns and braids. There are so many different ways to wear these styles but I like the ones that are simple and easy to do. Just make sure it's secure so you won't get distracted by your hair coming undone. Also, don't make the style too tight so you won't feel uncomfortable.

Whatever style you choose should be able to withstand yoga, cardio, dance, weight training and everything in between.
