Today is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday he is forever remembered for all that he did to fight for and inspire change in the world. At the time his message was not well recieved by those in power but that didn't stop Dr. King from dedicating his life to ending oppression. I honor Dr. King's
life and legacy because he inspired the world to always look for the light and move forward with change.
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality… I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.
