What do you think is happening in this Buck and Eddie 9-1-1 seventh season scene?

I know I haven't posted much 9-1-1 season 7 stuff but that's mainly because I'm disappointed about the behind the scenes stuff going on with the show. But there is this scene between Evan "Buck" Buckley and Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz in the upcoming season that I'm a rather intrigued by. This is either taking place before work since Buck doesn't have his uniform on. Or at the end of their shift and Eddie is working out as a form of stress release.

From looking at the pictures Buck seems worried or stressed about something, while Eddie seems a little upset and standoffish like he doesn't want to talk about something. Although I doubt it will happen, but I would love if they were actually talking about all the traumatizing things they have been through together. And also finally realize how much they mean to each other especially as more than just friends. However, knowing the writers, this scene is probably Eddie not wanting to talk about how things are going with that bland and weird Marisol (I really hope she won't be on the show for long). As for this scene, I guess I'll have to wait and see what will happen.
