Quote: Jason, Kimberly, Billy, Trini and Zack (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers)

(While, looking at Bulk and Skull fight after their terrible Bulkwich sandwich fell to the floor)

Jason: You know, I hope that the people who open this time capsule in the future, live in a peaceful and friendly world.

Kimberly: With no hatred.

Billy: No prejudice.

Trini: No crime.

Zack: And no wars.

Kimberly: Think it will ever happen?

Jason: If we all do our part and try to get along with each other. Yeah, I do. We just got to hope for the best.

Zack: To the future.

(Said in unison)

Yeah!

~ Jason Lee Scott, Kimberly Hart, Billy Cranston, Trini Kwan and Zack Taylor, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 1 episode 47: Reign of the Jellyfish

After rewatching this episode of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers yesterday, I just had to post this quote. It would be so wonderful to live in the world they described. Maybe one day in the future, it will happen.

Entertainment News #29: Power Rangers Cosmic Fury

Okay Power Ranger fans, the original Blue Ranger, Billy Cranston (played by David Yost) will be returning. He will be joining a new set of Rangers (the former Dino Fury Rangers) on the upcoming 30th season of Power Rangers, Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. The new season will premiere on Friday, September 29th on Netflix.

So far, there's been no information released on what Billy's role will be within the new group. But I wouldn't be surprised if his role included being a mentor to the Cosmic Fury Rangers while also being an active member of the team. I guess we'll see when the show airs.

Trailer: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always

I can't believe the Power Rangers franchise has been around for 30 years, that's a lot of cultural significance. Do you have a favorite Power Rangers series? Anyway, I don't know how I missed the release of the trailer for the Power Rangers 30th Anniversary special Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always. It will premiere Wednesday, April 19th on Netflix.

Let's see, Rita Repulsa is back and is trying to destroy the world, and the Power Rangers need to stop her. This seems really interesting and I wonder if they'll get a little help from Trini Kwan's daughter. As a big Power Rangers fan, I'm so excited to see this. I always wondered if the characters when they got older would still be Power Rangers and I guess this answered my question.

Trini and Billy were the science buddies. I thought it was funny that Trini was the only one who could decipher Billy's science speak to the others.
