30 Days of Geek Chic, Day 5: The Art of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (Book)

I never read any of the He-Man comics but I love watching the 80s cartoon. What's not to love about that show. It features Prince Adam who while pretending to be this lazy and useless person has a giant green and yellow striped cowardly tiger named Cringer.

When trouble arises, Prince Adam transforms into the strongest Man in the Universe, He-Man while cowardly Cringer changes into the fierce Battle Cat.

There are so many characters on that show that are my favorite such as Teela, who is the Captain of the Royal Guard. She also seems to have the arduous job of trying to train Prince Adam.

Which is why for today's Geek Chic, I chose this over 300 page art book because it gives fans a look at a lot of the artwork for this iconic character. The book features art from the 80s to the present showcasing the toys all the way to the comics.

This is indeed another book added to my wishlist that I can't wait to pick up.
