The Variety magazine's 10th Annual Power of Women Luncheon was held back in October but I don't recall seeing or hearing anything about it. I think it's wonderful that so many women were honored as well as the causes they support. The videos I posted are: Ava Duvernay, Scarlett Johansson, Laverne Cox, Miley Cyrus, Helen Mirren and Sara Blakely. I also posted a video of Robert Downey Jr. presenting Scarlett Johansson with the award mainly because it's funny.

I found these videos interesting and motivating which made me want to post them.
