I forgot The Rookie ended on a clifhanger with James and his friend being shot. I'm sure at some point in tonight's episode someone is going to tell Nyla about the kiss (hence the episode title) but I hope it doesn't end Nyla and James' marriage. When they introduced the storyline where that police detective had a crush on Angela, I knew the writers were going to put a cheating storyline somewhere. And I guess they decided to go with Nyla and James. James' friend kissed him but before he could pull away, Nolan saw the kiss. So, I guess I'll see how this storyline will end.

Joyce decides to throw together a talent show with the hospital staff when a musician's performance at the hospital is delayed. Alex tries to bond with her daughter Ella.
Tonight is the season finale for High Potential. This has quickly become one of my new favorite shows. I really love the characters and interesting mysteries and cases they find themselves solving. And tonight's episode looks like another interesting case with the team having to use puzzles and board games to solve the mystery.
As for the other shows: St. Denis Medical, Will Trent, Night Court, The Irrational and The Rookie, they all seem like they're going to be good. And The Rookie is a Valentine's Day episode and according to the description, it seems like there are going to be issues or problems with some of the relationships. Whatever it is, I hope it's nothing that will end any of these relationships. I guess I'll see.

It's Tuesday! What are you watching tonight? It's my usual group of shows. Let's see for last week's Will Trent, I just knew Angie was getting her job back. In the preview for tonight's episode, it looks like Angie and Will are going to finally talk. Angie is mad but Will had no choice but to arrest her, she purposely and falsely took the blame for a murder that Crystal committed. Which allowed Crystal to continue killing people. That is until Angie realized what Crystal was up to. Anyway, Angie not doing her job in the first place by arresting Crystal instead of taking the blame is the reason why her and Will are not together.

It's Tuesday and there is a lot on tonight. From comedies to drama, I have a full night of shows to watch. I have a lot of thoughts about all the shows but since I'm posting this a little late I'll just stick with Will Trent. I have thoughts on Angie and her most likely getting her job back but I'll post it another time. Because I want to see how tonight's episode is going to go. It will probably work in her favor if she stops a killer. Anyway, what are you watching tonight?

Today has been a long day but I was able to find a little time to read. And now I'm going watch my Tuesday lineup. So for 8:00 PM, I have to choose between comedy (St. Denis Medical and Night Court) or drama (Will Trent) and at 10:00 PM choosing between The Irrational or The Rookie. At least at 9:00 PM, I don't have to choose for High Potential.

Tuesday is procedural night because not only is High Potential and The Irrational back from hiatus but it's also the season premiere of Will Trent and The Rookie. Since, I posted this a little late, I'm going to get some snacks and sit back and relax and watch my shows. At ten, I'll have to see whether I will watch or tape either: The Irrational or The Rookie.
Although it's not on my list but there is a new medical drama Doc premiering tonight at 9:00 PM EST on FOX.

Tonight is an all NBC lineup with two comedies and a procedural: St. Denis Medical, Night Court and The Irrational. St. Denis Medical surprised me because it's quickly becoming one of my favorite shows, it's just so funny. These characters are just so wacky and zany and the same for Night Court because nothing ever seems to go right in that court room. And last is The Irrational, and it looks like Alec is investigating the murder of a K-pop superfan. This should be interesting, I wonder who the murderer is?

St. Denis Medical season 1 episode 5: A Peanut And Caramel-filled Miracle 8:00 PM EST NBC

Ron and Bruce butt heads over a candy bar. Alex is forced to fire an incompetent employee. Matt seeks appreciation for saving a patient's life.
I can't believe tonight is the season finale for Murder in a Small Town. I really love watching this show and hope it will be renewed for a second season. Anyway, tonight's episode continues from last week's story with the police stumbling upon a serial killer.
Last week's episode of St. Denis Medical was funny with a bit of bad luck happening around the hospital. I'm sure tonight's episode will be funny as well. And finally is Night Court, in last week's episode Abby was trying to find out if her own late father Harry is her boyfriend Jake's father. Thankfully it turned out he wasn't especially since Dan was more than likely Jake's father which was reveal by new Prosecutor, Julianne. So, I guess we'll see out this turns out, with Dan finding out he has a son.
Edit to add: I totally forgot The Irrational was on tonight, I thought the show was still on a break. Anyway, it looks like Alec and his team are somehow going to stop a train. It will be interesting to see how and why they will have to do this.

Murder in a Small Town is finally back, I can't wait to watch tonight's episode. Along with watching my other two mystery series: High Potential and The Irrational which of course I'll have to choose which one to watch and tape. Although it's the Tuesday night mysteries, there is a new sitcom St. Denis Medical premiering tonight with two back-to-back episodes (which I'll tape and watch later).
I'm usually not a big fan of medical shows but so far this fall season I have watched three: Brilliant Minds, Doctor Odyssey and Grey's Anatomy. And I can't believe I'm adding yet another show with St. Denis Medical.

Murder in a Small Town season 1 episode 6: The Madness Method 8:00 PM EST FOX

A murderer is on the loose and is headed towards Gibsons. In a race for time, the suspect's psychiatrist notifies Alberg of the potential threat after receiving a haunting text message.
Since the MLB World Series is on, Murder in a Small Town didn't air tonight. So, that leaves only two shows to watch: High Potential and The Irrational. Well, I'll have to tape one and watch the other since both shows are own at the same time.
Last week's episode of High Potential had Morgan and the police detectives trying to figure out who killed a veterinarian. It had quite a few twists but they eventually solved the case. As for tonight's episode, an office party ends with murder. It will be interesting to see who the murderer is. As well as the new co-worker at the precinct who somehow catches Morgan's eye. Is it someone who is a potential love interest or someone she finds suspicious.
Last week's episode of The Irrational was good with Alec trying to figure out how a women's hockey player died. The episode was good in spite of Rose getting so much screen time. I also enjoyed the side story with Kylie trying to figure out who was framing her with online hacking. Now in tonight's episode, Alec and Marissa attend a wedding that includes a murder. I'm sure they will solve the case.

High Potential season 1 episode 6: Hangover 10:00 PM EST ABC

So far my Tuesday night lineup hasn't change, it's still: Murder in a Small Town, High Potential and The Irrational.
Last week's episode of Murder in a Small Town had an interesting twist concerning the disappearance of Emma's husband Charlie. At the core of the case no one seemed happy to be in that relationship and it lead to a lot of bad decisions. Now for tonight's episode, Cassandra got abducted and Karl and the rest of the Police Department are looking for her. I wonder if she's going to save herself or will the police find her just in time?
For High Potential, according to the description it looks like Detective Karadec is going to start dating but odd are Morgan will somehow be the cause of it not working. Or maybe her presence might push him to continue dating. And finally with The Irrational, it looks like Alex is going to be working with Rose to solve a case. I'm really not sure why they are giving Rose so much screen time but hopefully the other characters will be focused on as well.

My lineup for tonight is my usual mystery Tuesday: Murder in a Small Town, High Potential and The Irrational.
I really like Murder in a Small Town, it really is a very murderous small town. This show feels like a cross between Murder, She Wrote and Columbo. In last week's episode, it was very clear that Zoe Strachan was very odd yet strangely interest but that didn't necessarily make her the killer. However, as the clues started to add up, it was easy to see that she was in fact the killer. As for tonight's episode, looks like one of Cassandra's friends may have killed her husband. So, I'll see how this mystery will unfold.
Another show I've been really enjoying is High Potential. Morgan is smart and weird and so are her kids. I find the cases that she ends up helping with police to solve are very interesting. She usually has some additional information to provide while picking up on clues. I actually really like the rest of the characters and want to know more about them.
I also love watching The Irrational but the second season premiere didn't quite feel like The Irrational to me. It was just way too much focus and attention on Rose, a guest starring/recurring character. Which is why I didn't like how the first season finale ended with her being abducted instead of centering on Alec or setting up an interesting case for the second season. Anyway, this second episode seems like it's going to be much better with Alec and his team helping to stop a serial killer.

My Tuesday night line up is quickly becoming one of my favorites because it's a night of mysteries. First is Murder in a Small Town, I am loving this show. It's like a mini movie every week with interesting mysteries. Then later, I have to figure out which show to watch and which one to tape: High Potential or The Irrational.
High Potential returns after a short break while tonight is the second season premiere of The Irrational. Both shows are really good, so either one I pick to watch I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Which is why I'm really thinking of going with season premiere of The Irrational, I'll see.

Murder in a Small Town season 1 episode 3: A Chill Rain 8:00 PM EST FOX

- Apparently this is sort of old news but I didn't hear about until now but according to reports, Mark Hamill has decided no longer voice The Joker. He doesn’t want to voice the role without Kevin Conroy, he stated: “Without Batman, crime has no punchline.” I figured he would retire from voicing The Joker at some point and since the late Kevin Conroy is no longer here, it's perfectly understandable why he would no longer want to continue on.
After last week's intense episode of The Irrational, it seems like the show is back to a more light-hearted one. It looks like Alec is going on a date (and solving a mystery) with Rose Dinshaw (who if I'm remembering correctly is a lawyer that has something to do with Crisis Management), she was introduced in the fourth episode Zero Sum.
I know Alec is going to be good at solving the mystery but I wonder how the date will go? I'm still hoping that Alec and Marisa will get back together at some point because they have great chemistry. But until then I'll see how Alec and Rose's date will go. I wonder if it will be a one off thing with her in the end making him acknowledge he still has feelings for his ex-wife. I don't know, I'll just have to see how this date will turn out.
As for the second plotline, I'm happy to see that Alec's sister Kylie is getting more screen time. And it looks her and her former sister-in-law Marisa will be trying to reconnect. A divorce doesn't just affect the couple but their family as well, so it will be interesting to see them hanging out together. And hopefully more often in more episodes.
The Irrational season 1 episode 7: The Real Deal 10:00 PM EST NBC

Alec's first date with Rose turns into a 24-hour excursion when they find themselves taking on an investigation involving a forged masterpiece. Marisa and Kylie attempt to revive their friendship, which has faltered since Alec and Marisa's divorce.
Last week's episode of The Irrational was a fun sort of filler episode with Alec, his sister Kylie and his two grad students Phoebe and Rizwan in Las Vegas trying to help one of his former students who is professional poker player. While tonight's episode looks like it's going to be a very heavy yet interesting episode.
I do wonder what decision Marisa will make in regards to the bombing investigation. Maybe she'll take a break from the case because it's starting to become all consuming or she's planning on increasing her investigation?
The Irrational season 1 episode 6: Point and Shoot 10:00 PM EST NBC

Alec agrees to testify as an expert witness in a wrongful death trial for a friend of Kylie’s. As he faces an old nemesis, he discovers competing emotions around an accidental shooting. Marisa reaches a decision about the bombing investigation.
Tonight' episode of The Irrational has the team going to Las Vegas to take on a case centered on a poker player. In a subplot, I wonder what FBI Agent Marisa Clark found? Does it have something to do with the Las Vegas case or the continued search into the old bomb case? Either way it will be interesting to see what she found.
To side note but I know it's too early in the season/series for Professor Alec Mercer and his ex-wife Marisa to get back together. But I do hope that they eventually will. They have really good chemistry and it would be a waste not to eventually put them back together. But for now they (mostly Alec) need to work on the issues that broke them up in the first place before they can even think of reconciling.
The Irrational season 1 episode 5: Lucky Charms 10:00 PM EST NBC
