Trailer for LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales

There is a new Star Wars Halloween special, LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales. It will premiere Friday October 1 on Disney Plus. This looks amazing! I love spooky tales and couple that with Star Wars, how could I not want to watch this?

LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales        Disney+

Description:

After the events of The Rise of Skywalker, Poe and BB-8 must make an emergency landing on the volcanic planet Mustafar where they meet the greedy and conniving Graballa the Hutt who has purchased Darth Vader’s castle and is renovating it into the galaxy’s first all-inclusive Sith-inspired luxury hotel. While waiting for his X-wing to be repaired, Poe, BB-8, Graballa, and Dean (a plucky and courageous young boy who works as Graballa’s mechanic) venture deep into the mysterious castle with Vader’s loyal servant, Vaneé.

Along the way, Vaneé shares three creepy stories linked to ancient artifacts and iconic villains from across all eras of Star Wars. As Vaneé spins his tales and lures our heroes deeper into the shadowy underbelly of the castle, a sinister plan emerges. With the help of Dean, Poe and BB-8 will have to face their fears, stop an ancient evil from rising, and escape to make it back to their friends.

Art of the Day: Finn vs Kylo Ren

Artwork: Finn vs Kylo Ren by Heri-Shinato

There should have been a rematch between Finn and Kylo Ren. It's hard to believe Kylo would simple let it go that a Stormtrooper dared to stand up to him while using his uncle Luke's and grandfather Anakin's former lightsaber. And I would have loved to have seen Finn win in this rematch against Kylo, an opponent who would have been overly confident thinking he would win again.

Kylo Ren in "Undercover Boss: Where Are They Now" (Saturday Night Live)

It goes without saying that Kylo Ren is a horrible person. He's a psychopath and this second Undercover Boss skit perfectly highlights that. It's kind of hard to feel sorry for the First Order crew because they're just as terrible as he is.

Anyway, this is so ridiculous, I absolutely love it. It really shows off Adam Driver's amazing comedic skills. He hosted Saturday Night Live last night (which I missed) but I'm glad this video was posted, I'll check and see if this episode is On Demand.

Trailer for "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker"

I know most have seen this trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, I meant to post it several days ago but I was still processing it. I'm excited to see this movie, I think it's going to be a thrilling finale to the series. It's really good seeing Lando back and I love that this trailer has a lot of Finn/Poe scenes but it's also sad seeing General Leia and that scene of C-3PO. I hope it doesn't mean this will be the end of the know-it-all droid, he's one of my favorite characters. If it is, I just hope they give him a proper send off.

I can't believe it's the end of this chapter of Star Wars, we all know it's not truly the end of this franchise just the end of the Skywalker saga. The movie will be in theatres Friday, December 20th.
